User Content

Intellectual Property

Olamaelcu retains all rights to the services, including but not limited to the name "Olamaelcu," associated branding, original content, and any code or design elements we provide. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or otherwise misuse the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
